Human Resource Management

This programme, accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), is designed to help you to develop a thorough knowledge and applied competence in the fundamentals of human resource management and employment relations. You will examine the nature of work and explore human resource policy and practice in national and multinational organisations. You will develop the knowledge and skills that you need to work as a human resource (HR) professional for organisations operating in the global market-place. The programme is designed to help you to develop a thorough knowledge and applied competence in the fundamentals of employment relations and human resource management (HRM). As a student on the programme, you may join the CIPD, the professional body for HR practitioners; on completion of the MSc, you can apply for a CIPD Associate Membership.
